Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee and coordinate activities of staff in the factory, including supervising staff, delegating tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the quality of our products meets the highest standards
  • Supervising staff to ensure the efficient operation of the factory
  • Delegating tasks to ensure effective use of resources

The working hours for this role will be evening shift rotating between Monday - Sunday (start time around 4/5pm and finish time around 1/2am).
