Job Title

A Manufacturing Improvement Specialist is required to drive enhancements in production efficiency, safety, and product quality through the implementation of new processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage changes to manufacturing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to production goals and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and digital manufacturing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering or process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Just-In-Time (JIT), and digital manufacturing systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and digital tools for production monitoring.
