Job Title: Manufacturing Process Optimizer

A leading manufacturing firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join their team as a Manufacturing Process Optimizer.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing practices across the site, driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Collaborate with production streams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy across all processes.
  • Work closely with the PSM & Engineering Lead to conduct technical reviews of core systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on new processes and technologies, ensuring seamless adoption and integration into existing workflows.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of issues and develop effective solutions.
