The ideal candidate will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for driving the corporate strategy of the business, including identifying investment opportunities, raising capital, and managing investor relations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Finance Team Management: Lead an experienced finance team responsible for internal and external reporting, treasury, audit, tax & corporate structuring, budgeting, and the internal control framework and policies.
  • Investor Engagement: Support the CEO, COO, and CFO in investor relations activities, including fee and legal negotiations.
  • Credit Facilities: Collaborate with the CFO to support debt-financing and investor roadshows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the business, assisting with new ERP system implementation projects.
  • Strategic Vision: Participate in leadership discussions, focusing on the long-term vision of the firm.

Requirements:

  • ACA qualification from a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm with 10+ years post-qualified experience.
  • Substantial experience working with investment funds, such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Renewables, Infrastructure, Aviation Leasing, or similar.
  • Proven expertise in commercial finance transactions (e.g., M&A, equity raises, debt facilities) across different jurisdictions.
  • Track record of successfully leading teams in a large-scale, complex, changing environment.
