Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Trades Foreperson to oversee various tasks and ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate work activities to meet deadlines and allocate resources effectively.
  • Manage site staff and sub-contractors, promoting effective communication and coordination with the design team, Site Manager, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of site operations and subcontractor performance, including daily and weekly documentation as per company policy.
  • Provide training and technical advice to the site team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Represent the company professionally in all interactions with the public and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade experience or qualification equivalent to degree level.
  • Background in residential developments is essential for success in this role.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and certification standards is crucial for effective project delivery.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail, and methodical approach are key qualities required for this position.
