Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems for various commercial projects.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Designing and developing electrical plans and specifications for commercial projects.
  • Coordinating with project managers to ensure that electrical systems meet client requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed reports of project progress.
  • Reviewing and verifying technical submissions from contractors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design engineering.
  • A degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical engineering-related standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in electrical design software applications such as Dialux, Amtech, E-Tap, AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, etc.
  • Chartered Engineer status or the ability to demonstrate core competencies to apply for Chartered Engineer status within the next 18 months.
