Electrical Design Engineer Job

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to utilize their expertise in designing and implementing electrical systems.

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Create electrical and pneumatic schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings using EPLAN software.
  • Select appropriate components and materials based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet technical and functional requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and testing phases.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance.
  • Maintain documentation, including drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Industrial Electrical Designer or similar role in industrial automation, including exposure to pneumatic systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (Auto CAD, EPLAN, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and industrial automation principles.
  • Familiarity with electrical safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
