About Our OHL Project Manager Role

We deliver engineering excellence through technical proficiency, providing specialist services across the power and building sectors in Ireland.


Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing overhead line projects from initial planning to successful completion. Key responsibilities include project development, risk management, change control, team leadership, and stakeholder communication.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive OHL project plans, defining scope, setting objectives and managing timelines effectively
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, manage changes to project scope and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and control OHL project costs, ensuring financial transparency and effective cash flow management
  • Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and promoting open communication
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders and relevant parties to ensure project alignment and satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience managing medium-large scale OHL projects throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Good understanding of electrical distribution plant items such as Switchgear, Protection, Power Transformers and Underground power cables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety Regulations
  • Full and valid Irish Driving License
