Job RequirementsWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Psychotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Promoting and delivering services within the company ethos and philosophy.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide an integrated and coordinated service.
- Developing and implementing person-centred plans and contributing to research and service evaluations.
- Maintaining professional standards and quality standards within the service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A recognised qualification of at least Level 8* or higher on the NQAI framework in Counselling and/or Psychotherapy.
- A fully accredited Psychotherapist status with a professional accrediting body (such as IACP, IAHIP, FTAI, APAC, or similar).
- At least two years of post-qualifying experience working with clients.
