Investment Fund Administrator

Fund Administrator role at Gp Fund Solutions involves servicing clients and assisting the GPFS International team. The position requires regular interaction with team members and clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.
Main Responsibilities
The Fund Administrator will be responsible for administration activities across multiple entities, including capital activity and distribution-related work. They will review financial transactions for Private Equity clients, liaise with clients and investors, and coordinate with operations directors for new workflow software initiatives. Additionally, the Fund Administrator will improve processes and procedures to standardize workflows, ensure service levels are met, and manage personal time effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a strong understanding of fund industry practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. CGI (Chartered Governance Institute) qualification or part-qualification is desirable, along with experience in funds administration and company secretarial services. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, law, or business administration, and 2+ years of experience in private equity. Strong knowledge of related Co Sec software packages and international jurisdictions is also essential.
