**Job Overview:**

Mechanical engineers play a pivotal role in our team's success. They collaborate closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions, interpret technical drawings, and provide cost-effective engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings for various projects.
  • Develop innovative engineering solutions that minimize costs while maximizing efficiency.
  • Priced orders promptly, ensuring production drawings align with standard operating procedures.
  • Utilize 2D or 3D machine-specific software to program CNC machines.
  • Create job sheets, bend drawings, and process flows, and plan machine schedules efficiently.
  • Identify and troubleshoot daily production issues and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with in-house teams, suppliers, and subcontractors effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of process steps and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 8 qualification in Mechanical, Precision, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • At least 3 years' experience in an engineering role (account management or production-focused).
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software for machine programming.
  • Excellent project management skills, handling multiple projects of varying sizes.
  • Experience in account management, business development, and pricing projects effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with process planning, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English speaker (mother tongue level).
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions while maintaining cost efficiency.
