Job Description:

Access Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale rail, active travel, and highway projects in Ireland. This leadership role involves managing complex transport infrastructure projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning, design, and implementation of significant transport projects, including rail infrastructure, active travel initiatives, and highways.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, stakeholders, and contractors to meet project goals and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.
  • Oversight of multidisciplinary teams working on various stages of project development.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Transport Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in managing large-scale transport or infrastructure projects, particularly in rail.
  • Strong expertise in rail infrastructure, active travel schemes, and highway design.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Irish transport regulations and standards.
