Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Equipment Maintenance Technician. This position involves performing various tasks related to equipment maintenance, repair, and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Repair and maintain feeder systems, as well as troubleshoot non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Train employees on the operation and maintenance of machinery.
  • Coordinate activities with other technicians and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Able to acquire job skills and learn company policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Basic mathematics and understanding of electronic color codes and component value markings are also required.
  • Personal computer operation in a Windows environment, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
Education & Experience
  • An associate's degree in electronics with an emphasis in servo positioning theory or equivalent discipline is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a maintenance technician may be substituted.
  • Zero to two years of work-related experience in electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment is required.
