Job Description

The role of an Electrical Engineer involves the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems within a complex manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed specifications for electrical projects, incorporating value engineering principles where feasible.
  • Assess and evaluate existing electrical installations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop electrical requirements for capital projects and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in delivering electrical projects within a highly automated GMP production environment.
  • Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot electrical schematics and systems.
  • Knowledge of Hazardous Area and ATEX regulations is advantageous.
  • Instrumentation, automation, and control expertise, particularly with project upgrades involving PLCs, BMS, SCADA, and DCS.
  • Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
