Job Summary

Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to provide technical support and maintenance services on a range of manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide electrical technical support and assistance in achieving high levels of equipment reliability and quality product with minimum defects.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault finding, repair and modifications to all industrial and production equipment.
  • Assist colleagues as required and maintain factory lighting and services as needed.
  • Installation of wiring on new services and ensure safe working practices are upheld at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician to senior trades level with 3-5 years experience post apprenticeship preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in facilities and PLCs essential with experience in hydraulics and pneumatics desirable.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and possess systematic troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
  • Good communication and team skills with high level of safe working practices and awareness.
  • Good IT skills with ability to adapt to changing environments.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certification in Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and understanding of cGMP standards.
