Responsibilities:

  • Colleague Experience: Create an exceptional colleague experience by facilitating success stories for colleagues joining Bentley through acquisition and serving as the overall Colleague Success owner of M&A for all of Bentley and its subsidiaries.
  • Due Diligence: Lead the due diligence process for the Colleague Success team, partnering with the Portfolio Development team, internal product/business team, and Colleague Success Business Partner or HR leader.
  • Offerings: Determine Bentley offerings working in partnership with relevant parties, including job mapping into our Job Architecture, contract harmonization, cost center validation, sales targets, incentive structure, benefits, retention bonuses, and compensation offerings.
  • Playbooks and Guides: Develop acquisition playbooks, guides, and templates to support internal and acquired teams through the acquisition and integration processes.
