Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of lobby, public areas, and back-of-house areas as needed.
  • Luggage Handling: Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Switchboard Operation: Operate the switchboard and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional way.
  • Function Setup: Set up and prepare function rooms for breakfast or other events.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance or security issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Paperwork and Logs: Complete all paperwork and logs accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
