Job Description

The HR Administrator will assist and support all administrative areas of the human resource function across all sectors of the organisation. This includes recruitment, onboarding, payroll, policies and procedures, and employee database management.

  • Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
  • Payroll: Liaise with Payroll on general queries, escalate to HRBP as required.
  • Policies & Procedures: Ensure HR policy and procedures remain up-to-date and accessible to the wider business via central HR folders.
  • HR Database and Reporting: Be a point of contact for general queries on Workday HR system, ensure accurate data reporting, and assist managers with annual database cleansing.
  • Advice and Guidance: Provide day-to-day advice to Line Managers and Employees on general HR-related queries, requests, and policies.
  • HR Administration: Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, including responding to queries, devising standard Human Resource documents, and maintaining an up-to-date Procedures Manual.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 3rd Level Qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Highly motivated with ability to manage workload and achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Excellent communications skills and a flexible approach to work.
