About the Role

The role involves providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality Spa treatments, possessing in-depth product knowledge, and identifying up-selling opportunities.

  • Carry out Spa treatments using industry-recognized techniques and products.
  • Ensure each guest receives a memorable Spa experience from start to finish, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Spa products and services to guests.
  • Perform reception and Spa experience duties as required, ensuring seamless operations.

We are looking for an experienced Spa Therapist with:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Spa environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused approach, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • A professional image at all times, maintaining high standards of appearance and behavior.
  • Well-organized with flexibility to meet business needs, adapting to changing situations.
