Director of Spa West Coast Opportunity
Establish a luxury spa operation on the west coast of Ireland, leveraging your leadership skills to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee spa operations to achieve strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies to measure service performance and individual productivity.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the spa team, emphasizing exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Train and motivate staff, set clear performance expectations, and develop tailored goals.
- Collaborate with hotel departments, participating in meetings as necessary.
- Set spa goals, monitor performance, and ensure timely follow-through.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain teamwork and achieve maximum service and retail sales results.
- Monitor and control payroll and operating expenses to achieve profit targets.
- Implement inventory management procedures to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Manage 5 treatment rooms, the small pool, and leisure centre, overseeing the Leisure Centre Manager.
A successful candidate will possess the right to work in the EU without restrictions and come from a luxury 4- or 5-star background.
