Project Leader

A highly skilled Project Leader is required to lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within our manufacturing operations.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing and engineering projects.
- Key responsibilities include defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Furthermore, this role involves working closely with internal departments (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Supply Chain) to drive project success.
This role requires a strong background in project management, including experience managing cross-functional projects, introducing new manufacturing equipment and technologies, and coordinating with suppliers and vendors.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
