Job Overview

Nua Healthcare Services is a leading provider of Residential and Supported Living Services to individuals with complex support needs.

This role offers an opportunity to enrich the lives of those we support by providing high-quality care and support services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring personal plans and risk assessments are up-to-date, and meeting regulation compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date and delivered to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users.
  • Ensure regulation compliance in accordance with Health ACT 2007 (Care and support of residents in designated centres for persons (Children and Adults; with disabilities) Regulations 2013.
  • Manage a team to provide support and coordinate input from Clinical Teams and other departmental supports.
  • Mentorship and leadership skills are essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with local safety statements, company policies, and procedures is required.
  • Maintain infection control standards as directed by company policy and national best practice guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification is essential.
  • A Full Clean Driver's license is required.
