Insurance Broker Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a Personal Lines team as a General Insurance Broker.

Location: Sligo

Category: 1 day on site

Candidates who hold the APA Insurance qualification or have completed one exam will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls, manage the sales process for new prospects, deal with customers' inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via web chat, offer a complete range of insurance products.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A background in sales or tele-sales, strong organizational skills.
  • Working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications, including APA, QFA, CIP, or grandfathered status.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills, along with proficiency in administration.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary DOE and qualification (up to 36K base p/a).
  • A realistic and achievable targeted bonus structure, with bonus payments distributed after each trimester, plus a yearly target bonus.
  • Holiday allowance of 22 days.
