Job Title: Insurance Broker

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional to join our team. As a key member of our Personal Lines division, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries and outbound calls, managing the sales process for new prospects, and dealing with customers' inquiries face to face, over the phone, or via web chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and make outbound calls
  • Navigate the sales process for new clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service face to face, over the phone, or via web chat
  • Offer a comprehensive range of insurance products, including car, van, motor, house, farm and more

Requirements:

  • A background in sales or telesales is essential
  • Strong organizational skills are required
  • You should be working towards relevant insurance or financial qualifications, including APA, QFA, CIP, or grandfathered status
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills, along with proficiency in administration are necessary
