We are seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to join our team in Gort, Ireland. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing of multiple EU payrolls, managing the global Time and Attendance process, and supporting the implementation of Dayforce HR and payroll across all EU countries.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • EU Payroll Administration:
    • Support the timely and accurate processing of payroll for multiple EU countries, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor agreements.
    • Collaborate with external payroll providers to gather necessary information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth payroll execution.
    • Perform audits and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local and EU-wide standards.
  • Global Time and Attendance Management:
    • Manage the global Time and Attendance system to ensure accurate tracking and processing of employee hours, overtime, leave, and attendance.
    • Monitor attendance records across various regions, collaborating with HR and operational teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to time reporting.
    • Support system integrations between timekeeping, payroll, and HR platforms to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
  • Dayforce HR and Payroll Implementation (EU Countries):
    • Play a key role in the implementation of Dayforce HR and Payroll across all EU countries, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with local payroll providers.
    • Collaborate with the HRIS team, project managers, and external consultants to support the setup and customization of Dayforce for each EU market.
    • Assist in data migration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure a successful implementation.
  • HR Administration Support:
    • Provide assistance with general HR administrative tasks, including employee records management, onboarding, compliance reporting, and benefits administration.
    • Prepare and assist in HR-related reports, including payroll summaries, compensation data, and other compliance documentation.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other local data privacy regulations related to payroll and time tracking information.
    • Stay up-to-date on legislative changes in payroll and HR practices across the EU and globally, adjusting systems and processes as necessary to remain compliant.
