Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced HR Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and implementing a range of generalist HR services, providing advice and guidance on HR matters, and supporting the achievement of business objectives.
The post holder will work closely with the General Manager, HR to support and assist in areas of Human Resource Management, staff development, and driving forward organisational change within our organisation.
The HR Business Manager will be required to collaborate and advise managers on best practice in HR-related issues, execute recruitment and medical manpower processes, employee relations, workforce planning, performance achievement, staff engagement, and other HR projects/initiatives assigned from time to time.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, protocols, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Additionally, you will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or a professional certification in HR.
