Residential Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-profile residential projects, working closely with clients and teams to deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Management: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and plans, ensuring accuracy and feasibility in line with client requirements.
  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and manage procurement processes, including tender preparation and evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Cost Control Measures: Monitor project costs, conduct regular cost reporting, and ensure effective cost control measures are in place.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate project risks, providing strategic advice to stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. RICS membership preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in residential projects.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficient in cost management software and tools.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts, law, and regulations specific to residential projects.
