Residential Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our residential project in West Dublin. This long-term opportunity will involve further works in the area, providing an exciting challenge for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate all on-site civil works, including groundworks, utilities, roads, and drainage, ensuring projects are completed safely and to specification.
- Manage direct labour and subcontractors to guarantee timely completion of work while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of site progress, reporting daily activities and attending site meetings as required.
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager on civil engineering or infrastructure projects in Ireland, preferably in a leadership role.
- Detailed knowledge of groundworks, road construction, and underground services is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to motivate and guide teams effectively.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings and specifications accurately.
