We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Measurement Specialist.
- This role involves working with clients to understand their measurement needs and developing solutions to enhance their digital measurement capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, technical support, and customer-facing experience. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a high level of technical expertise and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop their skills in advanced measurement solutions.
Responsibilities- Analyze client measurement readiness needs by understanding their business plans, issues/goals, and business direction.
- Develop and implement infrastructure to identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver joint services plans for services under scope.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of data/SQL and web technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in advanced measurement solutions like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality.
- Knowledge of Digital advertising and Measurement platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
