Job Title: Quality Measurement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in reviewing various types of content to ensure compliance with our community standards and advertiser policies. Your expertise will help drive accurate measurement, AI oversight, and insights on policy enforcement.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work closely with colleagues to influence the development of policies, protocols, technology, and training that impact the user experience of Meta's global network.

Responsibilities
  • Perform expert review of content and ads against our community standards and advertiser policies
  • Gather and deliver market-specific insights on Meta's platforms, developing tailored recommendations to improve Integrity outcomes
  • Communicate market-specific insights to cross-functional partners to collaborate and improve policies, processes, and tools
  • Partner with vendor operations to ensure feedback is being shared with relevant teams and proactively track the impact and success of remediation plans
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or masters or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in written and conversational English
  • Analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross-functional partners
