Job Description

A seasoned Building Services Coordinator is required to lead main contractors in Dublin, ensuring seamless coordination of building services activities between the construction team.

This role involves:

  • Ensuring effective management of all building services activities
  • Overseeing installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical services by M&E Contractors
  • Facilitating meetings, liaising with consultants, and addressing RFIs
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess:

  • A third-level qualification or trade qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Management experience in mechanical, electrical, or building services engineering
  • Candidates from consultancy, building contractor, or M&E Contractor backgrounds are considered
