Member Services Representative

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to members, handling daily transactions, and promoting the credit union's products and services.
- Deliver superior member service in a timely and professional manner.
- Process member transactions, including account openings, loan processing, and insurance services.
- Maintain accurate member records and handle cash transactions diligently.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong track record of excellent customer service.
- 3 years' experience in a financial or customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and good keyboard/data entry skills.
- Strong verbal, written, and numerical skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
