Job Title: Digital Solution Area Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in conversations with customers to identify new opportunities and build pipeline.
  • Leverage digital selling techniques to drive customer interests and identify new stakeholders at the customer.
  • Identify customer business and technology readiness, build external stakeholders' mapping, and implement strategies to accelerate deal closing.
  • Contribute input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities, coach junior team members in deal plan execution, and implement close plans.
  • Accelerate opportunities from the Lead stage to closing the deal successfully in alignment with key security partners.
  • Navigate the organization to maximize impact for the customer.
  • Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions (GPS) to identify new partners, develop joint proposals, and contribute to partner strategies.
  • Share competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert to inform pursuit or withdrawal decisions.
  • Lead conversations and organize events within the organization, mentor others, and develop best practice sharing strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams on related deliverables and leverage relevant work streams.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated sales or account management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency or business-level proficiency in German.
  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with accountability for forecast and financial outlook.
