Project Coordination Specialist

Effective management is crucial to the success of any construction project. The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction activities on-site. With a focus on efficiency, safety, and adherence to established standards and schedules, this role ensures successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Review project plans and requirements to produce a detailed baseline programme.
  • Track programme progress on a regular basis and issue updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify delays and negotiate extensions of time when required.
  • Monitor and track internal costs to ensure projects are delivered as priced and completed within budget.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering or construction projects.
  • Excellent computer skills with detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Full driving licence.
