User-Centric Digital Interface Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive efficient design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
- Clearly manage, track, negotiate trade-offs, and report out success metrics for all the projects.
- Create professional relationships with key leaders to understand business directions and prepare the team accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related fields.
- 7-9 years of experience as an interaction/visual designer in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of success designing software and hardware in a fast-paced environment.
About You:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. They should be able to apply critical thinking to short- and long-term design directions and deliver innovative user experiences.
Please note that travel requirements may be up to 10-15% of your time.
