Job Title: Datacenter Energy Management Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Datacenter Energy Management Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth in the datacenter infrastructure market. This includes building relationships with leading customers, identifying customer needs, and communicating the value proposition of our technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key datacenter accounts, including leading customers and industry partners.
- Identify and communicate customer needs and requirements to internal stakeholders, influencing company strategy to provide a complete solution for our customers.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth in the datacenter infrastructure market, focusing on energy management systems.
- Perform quarterly revenue roll-ups for assigned accounts and strategy summaries, managing and leading annual and bi-annual pricing contracts with strategic accounts.

Candidate Requirements:
- At least 8 years working experience, with minimum 2 years' experience in the datacenter infrastructure market, either in semiconductor or non-semiconductor industries.
- Proven expertise in strategic marketing and customer interface, with strong ability to influence others and excellent communication skills.
- Successful track record in product development or strategic marketing, with experience in business management and executive selling, as well as knowledge of strategic thinking and execution.
