Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated social care professional to join our family services team in Dun Laoghaire. The purpose of this role is to identify and support the needs of families in the community.

  • Assess needs, plan, implement, and review interventions and their outcomes
  • Work directly with families by implementing processes and programmes that respond to the needs of those referred to the service
  • Collaborate with families and other statutory, voluntary, and community bodies
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with children, young people, and families
  • Experience of planning, implementing, and reviewing individual interventions and programmes with children and families
  • The ability to work under pressure and to work within a team
  • A commitment to best practice, an innovative approach, flexible, and open to change
