Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the HR function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across all areas of HR.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview candidates for job openings; coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee conflicts, provide guidance on company policies and procedures, and facilitate open communication between employees and management.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
