We're seeking a skilled Data Annotator with expertise in Russian language and culture to join our online community team.
Main Responsibilities- Investigate and resolve reported issues via our ticketing system, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and users.
- Enforce community standards by monitoring and maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all users.
- Stay informed about client products and community standards through regular training and updates.
- Utilize market insights to identify scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our user community.
- Analyze data to enhance the overall user experience, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team, ensuring seamless collaboration and resolution.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements, streamlining processes and optimizing productivity.
- Fluency in Russian language and strong understanding of Russian culture and linguistic nuances.
- Proficiency in English (B2-C2) for effective communication and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
