Senior Oncology/Haematology Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical nurse manager to lead our senior team in the oncology/hematology department. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care, managing staff and resources effectively, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
About the Role- Lead a senior team of nurses in the provision of high-quality patient care, ensuring that all patients receive safe and effective treatment.
- Manage and coordinate the work of nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality and safety in patient care.
- Foster strong relationships with medical staff, other healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Mandatory: Statutory registration as a registered nurse; professional qualifications in oncology/hematology nursing; at least 3 years post-registration experience in the relevant field.
- Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in oncology/hematology nursing or related area; recognized management qualification.
