Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant Controlling:
    • Developing and implementing standard costing models
    • Creating accurate inventory reports
  • Sales Controlling:
    • Providing financial guidance to the sales and commercial teams
  • Period End Closing and Management Reporting:
    • Closing the books and preparing management reports
  • Budget and Forecasting:
    • Developing and managing budgets and forecasts
  • Capital Expenditure and Investment Appraisals: Decision Support:
    • Conducting ROI analyses and making recommendations
  • Projects:
    • Participating in SAP S4Hana projects and other SAP improvement initiatives
    • Leading ad hoc projects within the finance and controlling remit

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and contribute to the development of strategic plans.

Requirements:
  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent by experience
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing industry or similar role is desirable
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills are preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
  • A can-do attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
  • System and process savvy, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
