We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Professional to join our team in Dublin.

The role is responsible for managing sourcing quality, cost, delivery, and technology commitments in tenders and projects. You will also co-manage the material work package, develop networks with tender and project organisations, and respond to all procurement needs for the country on both direct and indirect commodities.

Pilot all sourcing activities for tenders and projects, ensure interfaces between sourcing and project work package owners, and define tender procurement strategies in line with sourcing commodities strategy. The role also includes data maintenance of sourcing tools and travel within Ireland and the UK to attend meetings with stakeholders and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage sourcing quality, cost, delivery, and technology commitments

  • Develop networks with tender and project organisations
  • Respond to all procurement needs for the country

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Purchasing, or equivalent experience
  • High-level experience in sourcing/procurement for goods and services
  • Operational experience in sourcing, engineering, or commercial projects
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Contract management and legal awareness
  • Certification in procurement or commercial management (desirable)
  • Technical knowledge of signalling systems (desirable)
