This role oversees the maintenance department resources to ensure equipment reliability, adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will manage engineers and technicians, focusing on preventive maintenance strategies, spare parts inventory control, and budget management.

• Main Responsibilities:

• Maintenance: Ensure production equipment is reliable, with regular inspections and maintenance to prevent downtime.

• Reliability and Spare Parts: Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely availability for maintenance needs.

• Department Budgets and Inventory Control: Oversee departmental budgets and inventory control for maintenance spare parts.

• Coefficients of Performance (CoPs): Monitor and report CoPs for maintenance activities, ensuring high levels of efficiency.

• Budget Planning: Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities, including labor costs, material expenses, and capital expenditures.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

• Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure effective maintenance operations.

• Problem Solving: Analyze complex problems, identifying root causes and developing solutions to maintain equipment reliability.
