Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of professionalism
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine care for people. Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-facing role is desirable but not mandatory. A proactive attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key qualities for success in this position.
