Key Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our group-wide financial operations and drive strategic decision-making across the business.

About the Role
  • Oversee the management of our financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly and annual financial reports
  • Ensure the accuracy of month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and transfer pricing adjustments
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and tax reporting obligations
  • Partner with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure financial governance and risk management
  • Lead revenue analysis and optimisation strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage financial risks, including compliance, fraud, and cybersecurity risks
  • Support business leaders with financial planning, commercial insight, and performance analysis
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
Requirements
  • Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years post-qualification experience as a Financial Controller in a regulated or global organisation
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and reporting skills
  • Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
