About You
We are looking for a skilled Senior Client Services Coordinator - Banking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple relationships, ensuring all aspects of service align with contractual agreements, and supporting operational teams in delivering exceptional service.
The position provides exposure to a broad range of shareholder services, including transaction processing, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance. This is a 9-month contract role with some possibility of other opportunities coming up at the end of the contract.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of transfer agency services, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with operational teams to meet deadlines and service-level agreements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Participate in client meetings, audits, and due diligence visits.
- Monitor and review performance metrics, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Support the development and implementation of new service offerings.
- Provide insights on regulatory changes and operational improvements.
- Manage and escalate operational challenges, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Lead projects related to client onboarding and service enhancements.
- Promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a client-focused role within financial services, fund administration, or banking.
- Operational experience in transfer agency or related functions is desirable.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks is an advantage.
