Job Description
The Associate Client Service Manager will play a key role in managing one-to-one and co-managed client relationships, providing support to senior client service managers as part of day-to-day account management. The successful candidate will ensure that all client-facing and non-client-facing processes are completed as directed, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' support model.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, or complaints, escalating issues to senior management as necessary.
- Support the wider client services team in managing day-to-day processes, including solving inquiries, customizing client documents, and maintaining policy and account information.
- Audit and maintain client accounts on an ongoing basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve ballot and holdings exceptions, ensuring timely resolution within agreed timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating a smooth transition of client data during onboarding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in JIRA, Slack, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
