Role/ Department:

The Custody Client Service team in Limerick plays a critical role in delivering high-quality service to our clients. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for all custody service delivery, working closely with clients to understand their expectations and ensure complete satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all custody-related queries from clients, trustees, or fund administrators.
  • Maintain and enhance the level of service provided to clients, trustees, and fund administrators.
  • Ownership and resolution of all client, trustee, and fund administrator queries.
  • Oversight of the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Participate in Custody Transitions (TBA, new business, etc.).
  • Maintain and monitor all client data and standing instructions.
  • Prepare client tax and proxy voting documentation.
  • Open and close client custody accounts.
  • Coordinate sub-account openings.
  • Review client custody fee invoices for approval and ensure timely settlement.

Skills/ Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • This is a graduate-entry level position.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve multiple daily deadlines for client deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize day-to-day workload to meet client deadlines.
  • Good written and oral communication skills essential to the role.
  • Ability to review and resolve complex issues.
