Nurse Manager – Patient Care Coordination

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Cath Lab at University Hospital Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that align with hospital protocols and promote best practice.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Nursing or a related field, demonstrating expertise in leadership and clinical practice.
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a nurse, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
