Job Title: IT Systems Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Manager to oversee and maintain our stock management system, streamline supply chain operations, and support overall business efficiency.
This role involves serving as the primary liaison with the system provider, ensuring any technical issues are resolved quickly and effectively. The successful candidate will also work closely with stakeholders to adapt the system in line with changing business requirements.
Key responsibilities include contributing to the design of intuitive system features and interfaces, managing and implementing system updates, enhancements, and configurations as needed, conducting troubleshooting and performance checks to identify and resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will deliver training and ongoing support to employees, ensuring confident and effective system use. They will develop and maintain clear technical documentation and training resources.
Requirements:
- Extensive IT Management and Systems Management experience
- Extensive IT Project and Digital transformation mangement experience
- Experience with Stock Management Systems
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience within a Manufacturing environment
